Puppy Deposits
A deposit in the amount of $300 is required to hold your place on the waiting list for an unborn puppy. This deposit is non-refundable, however if we do not have the right puppy for you then you can transfer it to another waiting list for a future unborn litter. This deposit also applies toward the purchase price of your new puppy.
A deposit in the amount of $500 is required to hold an available puppy of your choice until it is ready to either be picked up or travel to your home. This deposit is non-refundable but it can be transferred to another available puppy or a puppy from a future litter.
Purchase price of puppy - Minus Deposit = Balance due on puppy. Shipping is not included in the price of the puppy.
You can pay your deposit in several ways. Paypal + 3% fee added and cash in-person. Paypal payments can be sent to babygirltexas2004@yahoo.com.
All puppies must be paid for in full by the time they have reached 8 weeks of age, otherwise the puppy will be placed back up for sale, this contract will be void, and deposits will not be refunded.
Puppy Delivery

DRIVING: We can meet half way within reason or we can deliver the puppy to your home if it's within our range. I will deliver or meet up to a maximum of a 400 miles round-trip (200 miles one-way). The fee is .45 cents per mile. Example, a 100 miles is $45.00 or the maximum 400 mile trip is $180.00. Delivery beyond the 400 miles will need to be negotiated with us before final payment. Longer trips will require hotel fare for one night.
FLYING: We will personally fly with your puppy on the plane and meet you at the airport or you can fly here to pick up your puppy. The puppy or puppies travel with me in the cabin of the plane in a carrier. You and I meet in person at the airport. This is a wonderful option if you live far away. This total flight fee is $500/800 depending on the price of the flight for the lower 48 states and Puerto Rico.
The standard flight fee of $500/$800 covers everything. How the fee is divided up: The flight ranges from ($250 to $600 on average), the fee for the puppy to fly is ($125), the hotel fee is ($150/$175) but only if I can't fly right back home the same day, and other airport/travel expenses such as airport parking ($38), gas is typically ($60) for the 124 mile round-trip to Austin Bergstrom Airport. We search for the cheapest flights when possible and will book the red-eye flight home to help keep the flight fee as low as possible when available. We invest our time to make sure your puppy arrives safely and we do not charge extra for this service; you will only pay the actual fee for the flight/travel expenses.
We personally fly with the puppy in our constant care and they remain in our care the entire trip. As soon as we book the flight, the information will be forwarded to the family in an email. I hand deliver the puppy directly to you at the airport and we sign the paperwork in person and go over the puppy welcome package together.
*A flight fee deposit of $500 is due when the puppies are born if you are on a waitlist or within the first week after birth if you are placing a deposit on an available puppy. We will book the flight at that time and if the flight fee exceeds $500 then you will pay the remaining flight fee balance that exceeded the $500 deposit once the flight is booked.
In extreme cases, we reserve the right to not sell a puppy to someone who causes grave concern regarding the ability to provide adequate pet care and those who demonstrate actions pertaining to the intent to defraud, up to the time the new owner takes possession. This is illustrative of potential reasons but not all inclusive. The owner will receive a full refund if we refuse to sell to them minus any expenses on our part and the deposit fee which is non-refundable. No exceptions.
